Hi! A 2 bedroom house is available for a long term let, starting September 1st.

The house is partly furnished (but plenty of space to bring your own!) and comprises of
- 2 double bedrooms: bright, spacious and furnished.
- a large living room
- a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, brand new fridge and microwave
- 1 bathroom with a large bathtub
- a garden.

- Rent is 950 per room (or 1900 for the whole house), bills excluded.

-Loving cats is essential: you will be sharing the house with 2 lovely old cats that spend a lot of time outside in the garden. Their food and expenses will be covered.

The house is a:
- 5 min walk to Devons Road DLR station (to Canary Wharf and Stratford)
- 14 min walk to Bow Road tube station (district line, Hammersmith & City line)
- 14 min walk to Mile End tube station (Central line and District line).
- 4 min walk to the nearest park, great for walks and runs, as well as getting to Mile End station!
