The house is bright and spacious, with:
A peaceful back courtyard (perfect for a morning coffee or evening drink!)
4 double bedrooms
1.5 bathrooms
A comfy living room
A fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher
You’ll also find plenty of pubs, cafes, and supermarkets within walking distance.

Fully furnished with a double bed, drawers, and bedside tables

👋 About Us
You’ll be living with three working professionals (27–30).
We’re friendly, respectful, and fairly busy, but enjoy hanging out for a chat, meal, or drink when we’re around.
We keep the house tidy and peaceful – it’s a home, not a party house.
Everyone contributes to cleaning, gardening, and shared supplies.
📜 Lease & Costs
Rent: £787.50 PCM
Bills: ~£120 PCM (varies)
Council Tax Band: E
You’ll need to go on the lease
The lease runs until 31st March 2026, with the option to extend. We’re looking for someone to stay at least until then.
The landlord requires:
3 months bank statements
Employer name, position held, annual salary
Passport copy and visa (if applicable)
Proof of address for current address
Unfortunately, this means we can’t accept students or anyone currently unemployed.
