We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our lovely 4-bedroom home in Bow, East London (E3).
The house is on a quiet residential street but close to all the action around Victoria Park and great transport links.

You’ll be living with three working professionals (27–30).
We’re friendly, respectful and enjoy hanging out for a chat, meal, or drink when we’re around.
We keep the house tidy and peaceful.
Everyone contributes to cleaning, gardening, and shared supplies.

📜 Lease & Costs

Rent: £787.50 PCM

Bills: ~£120 PCM (varies)

Council Tax Band: E

You’ll be required to go on the lease. The lease runs until 31st March 2026, with the option to extend. We’re looking for someone to stay long-term ideally, with minimum stay until 31st March.

The landlord requires:
3 months bank statements
Employer name, position held, annual salary
Passport copy and visa (if applicable)
Proof of address for current address

Unfortunately, this means we can’t accept students or anyone currently unemployed.
