Friendly household looking for a new room mate to take over my bedroom.

I’ve lived here for three years and moving out as I’m buying a flat (actually in the same building!)

The house is super spacious with lots of built in storage. Big living area and garden. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Close to Mile End, Devon’s Road, Canary Wharf and Westferry station. Super easy to get into Bank / Shoreditch. With DLR, Central Line, Lizzie Line, District line all within walking distance.

The room listed is the biggest in the house and comes with built in wardrobe (loads of room) and private en suite.

We’re a friendly house who love socialising and are often out and about. But we’re also really respectful of each other’s space.

Two boys (Callum and Ollie) are both really lovely, fun people.

Viewings available immediately. Move in date may need to be a little flexible as I’m still awaiting completion date but looking like my room will be available ASAP.
