Hello!

Im sadly moving back to Australia, so have a double room available in Bow from mid October. £1125 + bills.

The room comes fully furnished with a double bed (underbed storage included), full wardrobe, chest of draws, side table, desk/chair and mirror.

The flat itself is split over four floors, offering plenty of space. It includes:
- Two fully equipped bathrooms
- Modern kitchen
- Huge living room
- Private garden at the back
- Separate washer and dryer
- Loads of storage throughout the house


Location-wise, it’s super convenient:

- 5-minute walk to Bow Road station
- 15-minute walk to Mile End station
- 2-minute walk to Bow Church DLR

Plus, we have Victoria Park and some fantastic pubs (Morgan Arms, The Coborn…) right on our doorstep.

You’d be living with 2 English girls (both 29 yrs old).


They are usually 2-3 days a week in the office and as a house, we enjoy a good balance of socialising - whether it’s a trip to the pub or a cozy night in.

We are doing after work viewings, but also work from home some days so let us know your availability to line up a viewing asap if interested ☺️
