Important note (please read first):

I’m Josh, the main tenant. My friend Johan is currently staying in my room while I’m travelling. Due to a change of plans, Johan will be moving out mid-December, so we’re looking for someone to take over the room ASAP from around mid-December 2025 (exact date flexible).

You’ll be meeting Johan for the viewing and messaging with him directly, but all payments and the formal side of the sublet will be handled with me. Johan is just kindly helping with viewings and the basic admin while I’m away.

Tee – also in hospitality, super bubbly and fun to be around

It’s a relaxed, friendly household that values cleanliness – the flat is genuinely our pride and joy. There’s a simple monthly cleaning routine and everyone does their bit.

We’re looking to find someone as soon as possible for a mid-December move-in.

Johan will be replying to messages and doing the viewings in person
