Hey everyone! I’m subletting my double room with a private balcony while I’m away travelling for 6 months!. We’d love to welcome a new flatmate into our lovely home.

Available: From 1st November 2025 for 6 months (until end of April 2026)
The room could be available a little earlier as I’ll be heading off mid/late October.
Location: Right by Victoria Park 🌳
Transport: Mile End Station (Central, District, Hammersmith & City) + DLR nearby
24-hour bus service 🚌
Nearby: Canal walks, Tesco Express, 24-hour PureGym 💪, close to London Fields, about 20 minutes by bus to Canary Wharf
Amenities: Private balcony 🌸, built-in storage, workstation with a Samsung 28-inch monitor 💻, air fryer 🍟, and plenty of plants 🌿
Bills: Wi-Fi is included in the rent. Water, electricity and council tax are separate and come to about £100 extra per month (can sometimes be less or more, just depending on the energy bill)

Laura – works in hospitality
Tee – also in hospitality, super bubbly and fun to be around
We’re a relaxed, friendly household that values cleanliness – the flat is genuinely our pride and joy. We keep it tidy with a simple monthly cleaning routine.
