Hey everyone, I’m subletting my double room with a private balcony while I’m away travelling. The room will be available from 10 February and we’re looking for someone to move in as soon as possible and stay until the end of May.
You’ll be dealing with me (Josh) directly for everything related to the room, agreement and payments.
A deposit will need to be paid to secure the room.

- Mile End Station (Central, District, Hammersmith & City)

- DLR nearby (Bow Church ~15 min walk)

- 24-hour bus service (8 Bus to Tottenham Court Road)

Nearby:

- Canal walks

- Tesco Express

- 24-hour PureGym

- Close to London Fields (Canal Walk ~30mins)

- Around 20 minutes by bus to Canary Wharf

Amenities:

- Private balcony

- Built-in storage

- Workstation with a Samsung 28-inch monitor

- Air fryer

- Rice Cooker

- Plenty of plants

Bills:

- Wi-Fi is included in the rent

- Water, electricity and council tax are separate and come to about £100-£150 extra per month (can be a bit less or more depending on the energy bill)

Shuyi – works in logistics

Laura – works in hospitality

Tee – also in hospitality, super bubbly and fun to be around

We’re a relaxed, friendly household that values cleanliness. The flat is genuinely our pride and joy and we keep it tidy with a simple monthly cleaning routine.
