Hello!

We are looking for a friendly new tenant for a double room in Bow/Mile End (E3). The house has four rooms, and we are currently three people (aged 25, 28 and 30) living here.

The house has three floors and features:
• A spacious kitchen (3 fridges and 2 freezers) / dining area
• A large living room with a TV and three sofas
• A good-sized patio
• A full bathroom + an additional toilet

🛏️ About the Room (£688 month, bills excluded)
The room comes with:
• A double bed (135 cm x 190 cm)
• Desk, night table, shelves and gaming chair
• The room has just been repainted recently
• 2 in-built Wardrobes with storage space
• Bright window overlooking a quiet street

👫 About Us & House Atmosphere
We’ve always had both men and women living together harmoniously, and we aim to maintain a friendly, clean, and well-organised home. While everyone has their own independence, we also like to share time together and create a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

We are two professionals and one phd student, each with our own personality, but always open to communication and solving any issues with mutual understanding and respect.

👉 We are an international household, and we welcome all nationalities.

🌟 What We Love About the House
We really enjoy living here! When the weather is nice, the patio is a great place to relax, with a table and five chairs, ideal for gatherings or peacefully enjoy it by yourself. Plus, the kitchen and living room get plenty of natural light.

We are looking for a non-smoker who fits well with our household dynamic.
