I am renting out my double room in the heart of Bow. The room will be fully furnished, but I can remove items from the room if required.
The room has a double bed, drawers, a desk and a wardrobe, as well as a set of shelves which can be used as a bedside table.
You will have your own private bathroom, which has a bathtub and shower. There is plenty of storage in the kitchen, a dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer, and whatever else you might need.
We're just 10 mins walk from both Bow Church DLR and Bow Road (District and Hammersmith & City lines) and 20 mins walk to Hackney Wick Overground station (Mildmay Line).
The current flatmate is a 29-year-old professional male, who is very tidy and respectful, but also very happy to socialise in front of a football match or terrible reality TV show.
This is a sublet as the current flatmate will be moving abroad at the beginning of 2026 (likely end of January) so anyone interested will need to bear this in mind. Once he moves out, I will also be taking any remaining furniture with me.
Rent is £1,050 a month, which includes water. Gas, Electricity, broadband and council tax comes to around £110 a month.
