I’m looking for someone to take over my lease as soon as possible - earliest move-in 30th October 🫶
I’m sadly leaving this lovely home to move a bit closer to uni!

📍 Location: St Stephen’s Road, E3 (Bow 🎀)
Perfect location for exploring East London hotspots, Roman Road has so many cute cafés, vintage shops, and local spots, and you’re just a walk away from Columbia Road Flower Market 🌸 I’ve absolutely loved living in this area!

💸 Rent: £850/month
Bills: around £50–80/month
🗓️ Lease: runs until 30th September 2026, with the option to extend or leave earlier (as I’m doing).
You’ll need to pay 6 months’ rent upfront - I did this myself and it was honestly no trouble!

🏡 The flat:
Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living room, two bathrooms, and a balcony for the warmer months.

You’ll be sharing with three master’s students (all 23) from Hawaii, Paris, and Scotland, studying at UCL and UAL. They’re a sociable, friendly, and artsy bunch who love cooking, pub trips, and live music!! Ideally, they’re looking for another student of similar age and vibe.

✨ About the room:
The room has lots of storage and a walk-in closet, and the street itself is quiet with a lovely little church just outside.

I’ll be selling the rug, desk, stools, and the brown shelf by the closet if you’d like to take them over. Everything else that’s not mine was already here and stays (so the room comes nicely furnished!). I’ll be bringing my duvet, pillows, and posters with me.
