Looking for someone to take over my lease in a house on Victoria Park. Ten mins away from the Hackney Wick overground and a short cycle to Central/District/H&C lines too. Sharing with two lovely people, Ruadhán and Kamila (both 27).

The house is bright, clean, and spacious. It has a large living area and kitchen. I’m looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easygoing to replace me, who fits into the relaxed vibe.

The room:
• Double room with space for a desk (good for WFH)
• Available now
• Rent: £1,050
• Bills: £100–£200/month
It also comes with a wardrobe, bedside table and cupboards - there is plenty of space in the house for storage as well.

The housemates:
• Both working professionals, Ruadhán is a lawyer and Kamila works in marketing and manages a climbing wall as well.
• Very active - Ruadhán loves to run (track, mountains, trails). When Kamila is not working at the climbing wall she can often be found scaling another one. Their other hobbies include (but are not limited to) playing various music instruments, chess, cooking/baking and searching for their next favourite cafe. Each has their own stuff going on but enjoy cooking and chatting at the end of most days.
• Both are super keen to find a new flatmate who also cares about living somewhere nice, making it their home and being friends with their flatmates.
