Double Room - 3 month Sublet

Hi All,

I am looking a sublet for my very warm and spacious room. As i travel for 3 month. The sublet would be for beginning of Oct to end of year .
Flexible on start and end dates.

We live in a spacious 4 bed, 1.5 bath house just off Roman Road. The location is very conveniently a 5 min walk to Victoria Park and a 10 min walk to mile end station. The iconic bus no.8 takes right into central London, connecting from Shoreditch, Liverpool street, Holborn and Oxford circus. We are lucky to have a great kitchen and living room and a decently sized balcony as well. There is also lots of storage cupboards all around the house. The biggest green flag is our extremely understanding and prompt Landlord.

As a household are very flexible and like to give everyone their space. We have a cleaning rota which helps maintain the house regularly.

The council tax is bracket C and get is between 80-100 each month.
