Big gorgeous cozy room in Bow

Hiya,

I'm moving out of London in December and looking for someone to take over my gorgeous room in a wonderful house!

It's the top floor of a townhouse, loads of space, fully furnished and has its own sink. The room is really lovely, lots of natural light and there's absolute loads of extra storage in the attic space.

You'll be sharing with 3 other professional women in their 40's. Everyone is kind, considerate and clean and we're looking for similar! Everyone has been living here for some years, so it's very much a home. There is a big shared living room and kitchen, which has a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave + oven. The house has 2 bathrooms, one is just a toilet and sink, and then the larger bathroom has a shower, toilet and bath.

The house overlooks a quiet square. It's a 4-min walk to Mile End station, and there are parking permits available if you have a car.
There's an express Tesco/Sainsburys/Co-Op all within a 5-minute walk. Roman Road is about 10 minutes away, lots of nice shops and cafes and Victoria Park for chilling in the summer!

Bills are not included and are the following per person, per month:

Council tax: £52.75
Sky TV and internet: £23
Monthly kitty (for toilet paper, cleaning supplies etc): £7.50
Gas + electric: Summer approx. £25, Winter approx. £70 so an average £50
Cleaning agency fee: £6.25

Total: £140

Our cleaner comes every two weeks and we take turns in paying, so it's £28 every 8 weeks per person.
