Large double by Roman Road

Hiii,

We have a large double room (4.38m x 2.76m) available next week on the top floor of a beautiful 4 bed townhouse in Bow. There is a living room, big kitchen and a garden. The room has a bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You will share the bathroom with 2 girls and there is an extra separate toilet. It is part of the gated community so it's very quiet outside. It is a short work from Roman Road, Victoria Park, Bow station and only 5 mins walk to big Tesco.

You will be sharing with 3 girls in their early 30s and 40s:
Vanessa - Spanish, graphic designer, into sports, art, dancing, singing and music
Monika - Polish, analytics engineer, into mindfulness, music (and dj a bit), gym & wellness
Marta - Spanish, works in hospitality, into sports, music, travelling.

Looking for someone in 30s for the balance :). We have already lived together for 4+ years in harmony.

Not a party house but we like to socialise and will be having dinners & bbqs in the garden. Would like to live as friends rather than strangers but we also have independent lives. We are tidy and easy going and would like someone to match that. No couples or students, sorry.

Bills - around 100-130£ per month depending on the usage, this includes council tax which is ~40£. We also want to get a cleaner. Deposit is 952£.

We will be doing viewings on Monday and Tue 27th/28th Oct and would like to have someone move asap after that. We are just moving in so pics look a bit bare but will make the space feel like home 🥰. We can send some more pics of the room on Sat.
