King size bed and hypnos matress. Room comes with a tv, under bed storage, bedside tables, large floor to ceiling cupboards for clothing. South facing and has large floor to ceiling windows facing the canal and Canary Wharf. Lots of light all day. It's professionally cleaned every two weeks.

The flat is a large 3 bed, consisting of me, James (hello!) and another new flatmate. We are both male working profressionals, friendly, tidy and respectful.

Internet is very fast (1gb). Living room & kitchen has all brand new ammenities. Large comfy sofa, 4K TV, and sound bar. Flat has large floor to ceiling windows throughout, south & west facing so let's in lots of light all day.
