I'm looking for a new housemate to share my flat in Fish Island, Bow (located right on the border of Hackney Wick). Move-in date: Flexible, but 1st December prioritised.

• Large open-plan kitchen and living space
• Quiet flat with a large balcony with canal views toward Hackney Wick, London Stadium, and Pudding Mill Lane.
• Ground floor - Sheffield bike stands
• Building caretaker for parcels, etc.

About Me:
I'm a quiet, clean, and respectful housemate. I work at an architectural firm Monday to Friday, usually in the office. I enjoy cycling at weekends, cooking good meals, and watching or playing football when time allows. Looking for someone similar, tidy, chilled, and easy to share space with.

Area:
The apartment is located on Fish Island, situated between the River Lea and Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. Hackney Wick's bars and restaurants are a short walk away, and there's a good mix of independent cafes, bike shops, and barbers in the area. Roman Road market is 10 minutes on foot, Victoria Park is 5 minutes, and you've got the canal towpath and park for running or cycling. Westfield, with Waitrose, M&S, and Sainsbury’s, is a 20-minute walk away.

• Bow Road Underground: 18–20 min walk
• Stratford Station: 10 min by bus (339) or 20–22 min walk (339 bus stop is directly opposite the building)
