Double room in a chill house with a big garden

Hiya

Our housemate Chloe is moving in with some friends (and to be closer to her work) so we'll soon have a spare room!

It's a modern, ground-floor flat with good transport links (5 minutes walk from Bromley-by-Bow tube station, 10 minutes from Bow Church DLR) and a huge garden, as well as a big, open-plan kitchen/dining/living room and one and a half bathrooms, which is nice.

The room is on the smaller side for a double, but it still has decent floorspace, plenty of storage, and a big window for loads of natural light.

All bills are included and there's a fortnightly cleaning service.

Your housemates will be:
Giorgos (34) - a engineer who came over from Greece to use big scary laser machinery to build really tiny circuitry. He enjoys films, sharing meals, long walks, and drinks with friends.
Raphaella (21) - a third year liberal arts student from Brighton who spends most of her evenings working in the theatre. Enjoys debates and watching F1 in bed.
Me, Joaquin (29) - quit my boring office job earlier this year to go travelling for a few months, now back in London and looking for another (hopefully slightly less boring) office job to bring it full circle. I like exercise, cooking, the outdoors, dancing, and chilling in front of the tv.

Giorgos and I lived together in a previous house - we're generally a pretty chatty, sociable couple of guys, so if you wanna hang out with us and get involved that'd be great, but we've also got out own lives, so no worries if you're a busy bee or like your alone time. Raphaella is out quite a bit so we don't see her as much, but she's very friendly and approachable.
