I am looking to fill my room in this flat for the remainder of its 6 month lease (expires June 2026).
The flat is a great wee place. A double room with an adjacent shared bathroom (however other room is en-suite so it's basically all yours). Kitchen/living room combo with all necessary facilities and a great balcony.
The flat is part of a building complex which is directly above both a Tesco and an Anytime Fitness, just off Roman road. It is a ten minute walk from Bow road tube station, giving easy access to the District and Hammersmith/city line.
You'll be sharing the flat with 1 other flatmate (M 29). He's a great guy, working in PR, who enjoys cooking, sport and a couple of pints. While I'm posting the advert you will be meeting him before any decisions are made.

Rent = 937.50 pm, 2 months up front
Bills = not included. WiFi, council tax, electric, water, roughly £140ish extra pm
Lease = please note the lease cannot be extended further due to the landlord moving back into the flat following it's end.
