Hello! I’ll be away from London for the next six months and am looking to let my flat during that time.
I’m looking for a clean, respectful, and responsible person or couple who will look after the flat as if it were their own.
The flat is bright and spacious, with lots of natural light. It has a large, well-equipped kitchen, a cosy bedroom, and good storage space. It’s fully furnished, including a double bed, sofa, wardrobes, washing machine, and office desk. The total area is 512 sq ft (47.6 sq m), the flat will be professionally cleaned before you move in and the deposit is one month’s rent.
The location is great: the flat is about three minutes from Victoria park and five minutes from Roman Road, where you’ll find independent bookshops, wine bars, cafés, and shops. The 8 bus stop is right outside and takes you to Bethnal Green in 15 minutes or to Liverpool Street in around 25 minutes. Night buses also run along the same road. Both Victoria Park Village and Hackney Wick are within walking distance.
The flat’s available from mid-November for about six months, but I can be flexible with the start date if needed. Broadband, electricity, and water are not included in the rent and usually come to around £155 per month. The property is for non-smokers only, and unfortunately, no pets are allowed. References and proof of stable employment or income will be required.
