We have two double rooms available in our lovely flat in Bow. There is one girl still living in the flat.
The flat is split over two levels and is perfect for communal living with a great shared living/dining space, balcony, and kitchen.
The first room is cosy, but comes fully equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (in the hall). If you work from home, the desk is great, but you can also use the dining room table during the day. This room is available from 8 December, but the date is flexible. Rent is £830 pcm and the deposit is £1000.
The second room is larger and comes with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers and double bed. The rent is £885 and the deposit is also £1000.
Bills come to around £110 (council tax, water, gas, electric, wifi).
The area is nice and quiet, very residential, but with excellent transport links on the DLR (Devon’s Road), Central Line (Mile End), and District/Hammersmith and City (Bow Road). There are also several buses within a short walk which can take you to Canary Wharf, Hackney, Bethnal Green, Dalston, Central London etc.
I’m really sad to be leaving this flat - it’s so cosy and relaxing, and the area is very convenient. The current lease on both rooms runs to 20th August 2026 with the option to extend.
