I’ll sadly be leaving my cosy room in Bow and am looking for a replacement. Currently there is one girl already living in the flat and another empty room which will be filled soon. You will be sharing with two women in their late-20s.

We are looking for another woman to complete the property (no men, sorry), preferably a professional. The vibe is relaxed, with a great shared living/dining space, balcony, and kitchen.

The room is cosy, but comes fully equipped with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers (in the hall). If you work from home, the desk is great, but you can also use the dining room table during the day.

The rent is £830 per month, and bills come to around £110 (council tax, water, gas, electric, wifi). The deposit is £1000 (Spareroom didn’t let me put this amount in correctly) - this will be paid to the outgoing tenant and then the agency will put your name on the secure deposit fund.

The area is nice and quiet, very residential, but with excellent transport links on the DLR (Devon’s Road), Central Line (Mile End), and District/Hammersmith and City (Bow Road). There are also several buses within a short walk which can take you to Canary Wharf, Hackney, Bethnal Green, Dalston, Central London etc.

I’m really sad to be leaving this flat - it’s so cosy and relaxing, and the area is very convenient. The move-in date is 8th December, but this can be slightly flexible. The current lease runs to 20th August 2026 with the option to extend.

Viewings are available during the work week in the evenings and digital viewings are possible. Please let me know if you would like to arrange some time to see the flat!
