Double En-suite room in 2Bed 2 Bath Flat

We’re looking for a friendly and considerate flatmate, or a couple, to take a double en-suite room in our home. We have lived here for the past two years with close friends who are now moving out, so we’re hoping to welcome someone who will enjoy the space as much as we have.

The flat is a 2-bed, 2-bath in a building with a concierge. Photos are attached, and I’m happy to answer any questions or chat more during a viewing.

Your Room:

- Private en-suite with box shower
- Plenty of space for furniture
- Comes with a large desk, chair, several chests of drawers, and a full-size wardrobe
- Gets direct sunlight throughout the day
- Includes a bed and mattress

Living Room and Kitchen

-The living room is open plan and looks onto the kitchen. You’re welcome to use:
- Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, panini press
- Pots and pans if you cook vegetarian
- Dishes and cutlery
- It’s a bright, comfortable space for relaxing or working.

Bills: around £100 per room
Bow Road Station: about a 10-minute walk
Easy bus routes to Central London, roughly 30 minutes to Shoreditch, Brick Lane, Columbia Road, Liverpool Street and more

Close to Hackney Wick by walk or bus, and just a 5-minute walk to Victoria Park

We also have a double air bed for occasional guests. Above everything, we prefer someone who keeps things clean, treats the space with care, and is respectful of shared areas.

A bit about us

Landlord: We have an incredibly helpful landlord who lives off site. All formalities related to the contract and deposit will be handled directly with them. Bills are managed collectively among tenants on an equal-share basis, and we can walk through this clearly during the viewing.

My partner: She is currently away for a couple of months, and works in hospitality and events, managing several ventures.

Me: I recently completed my PhD thesis and am waiting for my viva. I teach and take on project work alongside that.
