New Bow Quarter Housemate!

Hello!
We’re a house of five (aged 26–30) looking for a new housemate to join our home in Bow.

📍 Location

We’re in a great spot just a 10-minute walk to Bow Church DLR and Bow Road a Station, and about 15 minutes to Hackney Wick. There are also frequent bus routes into the city.
The house is spread over four floors, with a spacious living room and kitchen in the basement, and two bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors.
You’ll also have access to a gym, sauna, and swimming pool as part of Bow Quarter’s facilities.

WiFi, electricity, water and council tax comes to £98 approx

👋 Who We Are

We’re a friendly group of young professionals (26–30) who enjoy spending time together when our schedules line up. film nights, chats in the kitchen, that sort of thing. Here’s a bit about us:

Milo – A sound technician and the lead guitarist/singer in an emerging band. If you’re around East London, you might’ve seen them live.

Joe – Works in property management. Loves cooking, keeping his plants alive, and can usually be found at the gym in the evenings.

Charles – Works in the events industry. Into gaming, reading and travelling.

John – Actively involved in local charities and supporting community projects. Enjoys long walks, crocheting and anything creative.

And You – (This is where you come in!)
