Hello! I’m looking for a female flatmate as my sister is moving out of our lovely, spacious 2-bed flat in Bow. It’s split over two floors, so it has a bit of a “house” feel to it (including a downstairs loo!).

🏡 About the flat

The flat was recently renovated and is fully furnished. There’s a really nice kitchen, a large living/dining area, and a small courtyard out the back. It feels bright, clean and comfortable.

🛏 The room & bills

You’d be taking over my sister’s place on the contract and moving into an existing flatshare with me. Bills are organised by me and we each pay a fixed monthly amount which is already included in the £1450. This covers council tax, gas, electric, water and Wi-Fi.

I graduated a couple of years ago and now work in recruitment in central London. I’m sociable and have a great group of friends nearby. At home I’m clean and tidy and like the flat to feel calm, but I’m always up for a chat or a glass of wine.
