We’re looking for a winter sublet for 1-2 months for our friendly and beautiful warehouse. The room is available from December 22, but am happy to only do a January sublet as well.
We have a giant mezzanine to work/hang out from, and it's right in the middle of Fish Island/Hackney Wick. The overground is a 10min walk, Stratford a 20min walk.
We’re a bunch of creatives/professionals who enjoy the occasional soirée and dinner, but also leave everyone enough space.
The room is bright, has two skylights and a little window - so a lot of natural light. It is really quiet :)
