-deposit £950 (same as rent)
-6 month contract then rolling
-individual contract separate from housemates

House and room deets:
-10 min walk from Victoria Park
-5 mins to Mile End station on central and district lines
-near several bus stops
-5 mins from a Co-Op and a Sainsbury’s Local
-20 mins walk/10 min bus from a Lidl
-lots of nice pubs and cafes nearby
-5-10 mins walk from Roman Road
-room is a furnished double in the front of the house, including desk and sofa
-small garden with space to lock up bikes
-decent kitchen with new oven and a washing machine
-cleaner comes once a month to clean the common areas

About us and maybe you:
-There’s 3 of us in the house atm, all women between 25 and 35. We’d prefer our new flatmate to also be the same, but this isn’t a hard and fast rule if you’re cool. We are all queer in some respect, so being LGBT friendly is a must.
-As there isn’t a living room in the house there isn’t a natural space to hang out, but we are all friendly and get on well, and do sometimes go to the pub or do a quiz. We’d all love to make friends with our new housemate but all very much do our own thing too!
-I work in TV journalism and love comedy, TV, reading, writing, cooking, lesbian and community events, and am often out getting coffee or going to the pub. The other two housemates work data and tech jobs and like gaming, dancing, gyming, movies and other such things between them.
- We keep a fairly clean and quiet house, but we’re not strict or weird about it.
