Room Available in Bow!

Hello!!

We have a spare room open in our flat and we’re looking for someone to join the tenancy. It’s a year-long lease with a 6-month break clause, and the move-in date is ASAP (but can be flexible if needed!).

We rent through a private landlord who is super sweet. He genuinely cares about his tenants’ wellbeing and is always quick to fix anything that comes up.

We’re in Bow, about a 5-minute walk to Bow Road Station (District/Hammersmith), 10 minutes to Mile End (Central), and 5 minutes to Bow Church (DLR). Stratford is close too; around 20 minutes by bus or a 35-minute walk. We’re less than 10 minutes from Tesco and the high street (there’s a lovely market a couple times a week!), about 30 minutes walk from Lidl, and a 15-minute walk to Victoria Park.

Rent is £750 with all bills INCLUDED! You’d be living with me, Joey, Freddie (the newest addition), and Mags. Everyone is really sweet, respectful, and mostly keeps to themselves, but we all get along well as flatmates. We’ve got a shared living room, a big kitchen, and a simple weekly cleaning rota to keep things tidy.
