Hi all! I will be living abroad for a few months and I'm looking to sublet my room!
Price is £950 pcm + bills, which come to about £150pcm (depending on usage). Council Tax Band C.
I honestly love my flat and will absolutely miss it so much when I'm away!
You will be sharing with a 28y/o male, who is currently an energy journalist, but did a digree in English lit so you can count on him for book recs! He's extremely clean, tidy, and respectful, and very sweet.
Ideal flatmate is either a working professional or a grad student/researcher. I'm a PhD student at UCL and will be going abroad for research, so we are open to any other grad-students/academics who will be in London for a while.
Pros about the flat are:
tube 10 min walk (with access to District, Hammersmith & City, and Central lines)
gym 3 min walk
tesco 3 min walk
gorgeous Victoria Park 5-10 min walk!
24/7 corner shops just below, as we're on the Main Street
pharmacy 1 min walk
This flat is just so convenient with everything, and it's very warm and cozy. The room will be furnished, and I'm planning to leave my cutlery and pans which you can use. Please let me know if you have any questions! :)
