Hi! Looking for a female flatmate--ideally a student--to live with myself and my two cats. The flat is a 20min walk from Queen Mary University of London, so perfect for students looking for a cozy space near uni.

You'll be renting the larger of the two rooms, and we'd share bathroom and kitchen. There's a table for chilling or working in the kitchen. While there is a living room I use it as a workspace and studio for my practice, so its not generally a communal area but I'm happy for you to hang out in there when I'm not around.

£900pcm, all bills included.

I'm 24, female, and working in publishing and as an artist. My cats are brothers and insanely cuddly, so you'll pretty much have instant four-legged friends when you move in.
