Cozy room in Bow Flatshare

Hello! I am sadly having to leave my lovely house in Bow. The current housemates (all young women 23-26 and professionally employed) are now looking for a replacement for my room!

The room is available from the 18th of January on a long-term basis. The room is a cozy double with under-bed storage, large window, bookshelf, mirror, and room for coat storage. The desk and chair will not be available.

The house has two bathrooms and showers, a living room, washer and drier, and a lovely sunny garden. The house is very warm in winter. 🌼 It is also an AMAZING 5 minute walk from Victoria Park.

Cost for the room PCM - £780
Bills - approx. £80 each per month, depending on season

We're looking for a girl in her mid-late 20s, early 30s who likes her own space but is also keen to socialise, are clean, and has share-house experience. We love to hang out of an evening in the living room and have dinner or watch tv, and want people who would contribute socially to the house.

The house is a two min walk from the number 8 bus/night bus which goes to Tottenham Court Road, 12 mins from Bow road station/ pudding lane DLR, and 15 to Mile End tube. We are also very lucky to be a 2 min walk from Victoria Park.
