I’m a forty-something headhunter who splits time between London and Spain, so the flat is often fairly quiet. When I’m around, I’m friendly, considerate and easy to live with.
I’m into music, art, good food and yoga (former teacher), and I’m always up for a chat if it naturally happens, but equally happy with people doing their own thing. This is a grown-up, relaxed home rather than a party flat.
I’m looking for someone independent and respectful who’ll enjoy the space and feel comfortable treating it as their own, especially when I’m away. Here are some details:
A large, bright en-suite double room with direct access to a private terrace, set within a calm, recently renovated flat in Bow (E3). This offers the feel of a mini-flat rather than a typical house share and would suit a professional looking for privacy, space and a peaceful base in London.
The room is fully furnished and well proportioned, with its own modern bathroom and excellent natural light. The flat has a spacious open-plan kitchen and living area, finished to a high standard and kept quiet and uncluttered.
You’ll often have the flat largely to yourself, as I travel frequently for work. This is a low-traffic, respectful home rather than a busy or social house share.
Location & transport:
5 minutes’ walk to Devons Road DLR, with quick access to Canary Wharf and the City. Mile End and Bow Road stations are also within easy reach. Gym directly opposite, plus good local cafés, green spaces and shops nearby.
