I’ve got a job outside of London, so need to rent my flat for the foreseeable future.

The flat comes fully furnished - large double bedroom (with bed, wardrobe and 2 x drawers), 2nd bedroom (with sofabed and desk), modern bathroom, and spacious kitchen with dining and living area. Appliances include microwave, fridge, oven/grill and washing machine. I am really looking for someone who will respect my belongings while they’re here as it’s all my own furniture etc in the flat.
Rent includes council tax, WiFi and TV license. Rent excludes water, gas and electric (these will be managed by landlord and billed separately each month).
It’s 5-minutes walk to Bow Road station (District Line and Hammersmith & City line) and Bow Church station (DLR) and 12-minutes walk to Mile End station (Central Line), with access to loads of bus routes into central.
It’s 3-minutes walk to a large Tesco and close to Roman Road with a whole range of local shops, or a short bus ride to Westfields shopping centre at Stratford. It’s a great area in East London, with Victoria Park, Stratford Olympic Park and the canals right on your doorstep, loads of coffee shops and places to eat and a great community for fitness or culture.
Flat is priced a little bit cheaper as I will leave a few boxes of items in the flat, and would ask to use the spare room sometimes if I need to travel back to London (eg. once in 2 months).
