I am moving in with my girlfriend in February and need someone to fill my room and take over my position on the contract.
I have lived here for a full year now and it has been a lovely house to live in. The room you will rent is the perfect size for one person and holds heat well in the winter. We have a large sitting room that you are encouraged to use and a well fitted kitchen with all modern amenities. We have a garden that is perfect for hosting during summer.
You will be living with two girls and an lgpt man who are all very friendly and like to be social in the house together. There are multiple parking spaces available outside the property and the property is located less than 5 mins walk from Victoria park and Roman road market.
Bills are shared in the house and include water, gas/electric, Internet and council tax and come to around £100 each monthly.
The contract is due for renewal on the 27th of August and you will have the option to renew or move on from the contract. The landlord is very responsive and has been very helpful when any issue with the house.
