Looking for a flatmate to join me in a modern 2 bed flat in Bow - it’s about 1 minute walk to the Bow Church DLR and 6 minutes to Bow Road tube stop where you’ve got the District line and Hammersmith & City, so the transport links are really great!
The room is furnished by the landlord with a double bed and the white cupboards you can see on the photos - there is also an additional clothing rack/built wardrobe situation and desk/chair you can have for a small price!
I’ve lived in the flat for over 2 years now and never had any problems, it is located on the 21st floor so you get stunning views of both the city skyline (bedroom + large window in living area) + Canary Wharf (kitchen)! There is also a concierge.
I work in consulting and wfh 3 days a week, love a chilled night in with a glass of wine + homecooked dinner (I’m also really into baking so as my flatmate you’d get weekly cookies and focaccia as a bonus) as well as a wine bar/pub trip on the weekends. The flat is about 15 minutes walk from Victoria Park which is great if you’re into running and/or pastries (lots of great bakeries incl. Pophams, e5 bakehouse, Forno nearby).
I’m looking for someone aged 22-30 who can pass Goodlord referencing checks that the letting agency - Keatons - requires (earning above 30k) or has a UK-based guarantor. The rent is £987.5pcm + bills (100-150). The council tax is 73pp.
The move in date is flexible from mid- to late-Feb (latest by 1st of March) and I am looking to host viewings in the next two weeks (by the 20th of January).
