Sunny Spacious Room in Bow!

I am moving out of London and looking for someone to take over my beautiful room in a great house!

The room is the top floor of a townhouse with so much space! It has such great light with three large windows. Includes:
- fully furnished (full size bed, wardrobe, dresser, bed side tables, shelves)
- own sink
- loads of extra storage in the attic space

You will need sharing with 3 other professional women in their 40s. Everyone is kind, considerate, clean and we are looking for similar! Everyone has many living here for many years and it is very much a home. There is a big shared living room and separate kitchen.

Kitchen includes:
- dishwasher
- washing machine
- oven
- microwave
- fridge

The house also has 2 bathrooms. One larger bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and big bathtub. The other has a toilet and sink closer to the bedrooms for easy access.

The house overlooks a quiet square where dogs and families play. It is also a 4 minute walk from Mile End Station. There are parking permits if you have a car.

There are shops such as Sainsburys/Tesco/Co-op all 5 minutes away. Roman Road and Victoria Park are about 10 minutes away with such nice shops, cafes, and green space!

Bills are not included and are the following per month:

Sky TV and Internet - £23
Monthly kitty - £7.50 (for toilet paper, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Gas + electricity - summer approximately £25, winter approximately £70, so average £50
Cleaning agency - £6.25

Total - £140

We have a fortnightly cleaner and we take turns paying, so £28 every 8 weeks per person.
