E3 Spacious double to rent

Our lovely flatmate Tom is sadly moving out so we're looking for a new roomate! We're both easygoing, sociable and like a clean space - hoping to find someone with a similar vibe.

The room is spacious and part of a cosy three-bed, fully furnished flat with a great view in Bow. It's nice and warm in the winter (heating included!) and cool in the summer - bills usually come to around £60 per month.

We're right next to Victoria Park with great transport links - a 15 min walk to Mile End and 3 mins from the number 8 bus stop, which runs through Bethnal Green, Shoreditch, Liverpool Street etc. There are really easy links to Hackney Wick, Hackney, Stratford and Broadway Market as well. We also both feel safe walking around at night - it's a great area with loads of cafes, pubs and things to do (saunas, climbing wall, walks, shops).

As a flat, we like going out for drinks together, watching films and having people over for dinner. Molly works in research, is (mostly) vegan and loves talking books/politics. She also looks after the plants! I'm Kaylen - I just started my PhD, am veggie, and I love reading, cooking and going on walks in the area.
