Double Room in 4 bed house - Bow

Hello! We're looking for a new housemate for our friendly house share in Bow. We are a sociable house and have lived together for the last couple of years.

About the room

The house is 3 floors with the shared living room and kitchen on the ground floor. We have a garden which is perfect for a summer bbq, and we have storage for a bike.

The room is a medium double on the first floor. It’s furnished with a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a double bed. The rent is £867.50 a month and the bills work out to be around £100 month.

Current flatmates

Manon (35) works for a record label and has the vinyl collection to go with it. She enjoys binging the latest tv series, hitting the gym and socialising with friends.

Tess (30) works for a uni, enjoys travelling, hiking and can often be found at a heavy metal gig.

Gavin (38) edits tv shows for a living, can be found running to an early yoga class or heading off to a solo cinema trip in the evening.

The vibe

We do like to call our house a "family home" so we are looking for someone who would fit in with this spirit!

We love spending time together watching tv shows and having a natter in the kitchen but we also respect each other’s space.

On the weekends we will often have a drink together and occasionally one of us might make a meal for everyone to enjoy.

We all enjoy music, ranging from techno to metal, rock and indie, and we've been to day festivals together in the summer.

Transport

The house is 2 mins walk from the DLR station Bow church and 10 mins walk from the underground station Bow Road, which has the District and Hammersmith & City lines. It takes around 20-30 mins to get into the centre.

There is a large Tesco 15 mins walk away and Asda or Nisa 5 mins away, if you're feeling lazy.

Move in date is flexible, but it’s available immediately.
