I am urgently looking for someone to take over my room at Wick Park, a high-quality and very clean UAL-affiliated student residence with excellent facilities.

• En-suite room with a private bathroom
• Shared large, clean, and well-equipped communal kitchen shared by 8 people
• Washing machine and dryer located inside the shared kitchen
• High-quality, sturdy furniture with plenty of storage space
• All bills and Wi-Fi are included in the rent
The tenancy runs until September, and the building itself is only about 3 years old, so everything is modern and well maintained.

• Lobby with free coffee machine
• Study space with free printing
• Karaoke room
• Cinema room
• Gym
• BBQ area
• Secure parcel lockers
• 24-hour security, providing excellent safety

The residence is located in Hackney Wick, an area known for its beautiful cafés, pubs, riverside views, greenery, and vibrant art studios.
Hackney Wick is popular with locals and is especially famous as an artists’ district with many creative workspaces and café-style studios.
• 15-minute walk to London College of Fashion (UAL)
• 15-minute walk to University College London (UCL)
• Although this is a UAL residence, many students from LCF, UCL, and other nearby universities also live in the area
• Close to Stratford, with direct bus access to Stratford Station
• 17-minute walk to Westfield Stratford City (large shopping centre)
🔑 Room Viewing
I currently have the room key, so I can personally accompany you for a room viewing if you contact me.
📄 Contract Information (Important)
Wick Park is a residence with strict contract conditions—normally requiring either:
• Full payment of one year’s rent upfront, or
• Payment in four instalments with a UK guarantor
However, I have already paid the full rent for the entire contract period up to the end date (5 September 2026).
👉 Therefore, the new tenant only needs to change the name on the contract.
You would pay me the rent from your move-in date until the end of the tenancy.
