I’m urgently looking for a replacement tenant and am offering a £100 monthly rent discount, paid directly to your UK bank account each month.

I’m introducing a high-quality UAL-affiliated student accommodation, Wick Park.
This is an en-suite room with a private bathroom, sharing a clean and spacious communal kitchen with 8 people. The kitchen includes a shared washing machine and dryer.
The room is fully furnished with high-quality, sturdy furniture and generous storage space.

I moved in this September and have lived here for about three months, but I’ll be moving out soon.
The building is only around 3 years old, so everything is modern and well maintained.

I currently hold the room key, so room tours can be arranged upon request.

Wick Park usually requires full annual payment or a UK guarantor, but I have already paid the full rent for the entire tenancy period (until 5 September 2026).
After the tenancy name transfer, the incoming tenant will pay the rent difference to the accommodation provider, and I will personally transfer £100 per month to you as a discount.
