1 Room Available in Cozy House with 2 girls

Room Available in Bow, 5 minutes from Victoria Park, near Roman Road and 15min from Mile End Station. I am moving out of the country so I'm looking for someone to take over my room in this cozy house. Ideal move in date is around the 15th of February but can be flexible (ideally before that date not later).

Rent per person: £833 + bills (around £150 per person, including council tax, wifi, electricity/heating/hot water). The rent is divided between housemates, the same as the total amount of bills.

Note: The house came unfurnished, so the room comes with a double bed frame, mattress and topper for £100. If you want the other furniture in the room I can manage to sell it for a comfortable price :)

The housemates (both females):
Mari (30F) - MBA Student.
Niamh (28F) - Journalist.

Contract:
My contract ends on the 7th of March 2026, but we are looking for someone who wants to renew it for another year, so from February 2026 to March 2027.

Who are we looking for?
Looking for a professional women between 27 - 35. We are close friends, we like to cook and have chats, go for a walk in Victoria Park. We also like to keep everything clean and organized. A plus if you speak Spanish. Important: This is not a party house.
