Unfortunately my flatmate is leaving the country at the start of February so I am looking for someone to join our two bedroom flat.
The flat is amazing with its own concierge service, big living space, kitchen and balcony with great views over the city. It is placed amazingly, near Victoria Park and Bow Road and Mile End tube stations.
The room has its own private bathroom and is generously spaced for someone who works from home. It comes furnished and the flat is secured for the next two years, but with a change name break clause.
I'm Kieran a 29 year old professional working in marketing. I work from home and a few days a week and spend a lot of time out the flat, although I am always up for a dinner or pub.
The bills are generally very cheap and the move in date starts from the 31st of January but I am open to someone moving in anytime in Feb. I will be having viewings ASAP.
