Cheerful wholesome household

We’re a relaxed and social household made up of three fantastic people, two girls and one guy. The house has a large, spacious kitchen and living area, perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. There’s also a big garden and a driveway with parking available.
The property has one toilet downstairs and one bathroom upstairs, which is shared with two other housemates.

The room available is a good sized single room, with a double bed and big wardrobe, still leaving plenty of room for more furniture. Its on the second floor of the house, right next to the bathroom. The bills are about £110 a month on top of rent, which includes all the bill, coming to £860 a moth altogether.

We’re looking for someone easygoing who will enjoy a friendly home atmosphere. Also someone who values cleaniness and takes initiative to keep the house clean, just like the other flatmates.
Working from home is welcome, as two of the flatmates do so.
