We’ve got a cozy single room opening up in our home and we’re looking for someone lovely to come and join us.

Unfortunately, our flatmate Shuyi will be leaving, so we’re hoping to find a great new addition to the house.
The room is simple, comfy, and practical – a good bed, built in wardrobe and storage, a desk for work or Netflix binging, plus your own private balcony which is perfect for a morning coffee or some fresh air. The room will also be deep cleaned before you move in, so it’ll be nice and fresh.
We share a spacious kitchen and living area, where we cook, chat, and generally enjoy having a relaxed home vibe. We’re lucky to have two toilets (one upstairs with the bathroom and one downstairs), so no awkward morning queues.
Location wise, it’s a dream. We’re about 3 minutes from Victoria Park and the canal, great for walks, runs, or just getting some air. Roman Road Market, cafés, Tesco Express, and a 24 hour PureGym are all close by too.
Transport is super easy – Mile End Station is around a 10–15 minute walk, Bow Road and Bow Church DLR are nearby, and the iconic Bus 8 runs 24 hours straight into Central London (Shoreditch, Liverpool Street, Holborn, Oxford Circus). Canary Wharf is about 20 minutes by bus.
You’d be living with three friendly housemates:
- Laura, who works in hospitality
- Tee, also in hospitality and very bubbly
- Me, Joshua, working in marketing
We’re a close, easygoing bunch. We like, having chats, and going for walks in Victoria Park. Cleanliness is important to us, but nothing intense – we just do a simple monthly clean and everyone pulls their weight. It’s definitely not a party house, more of a calm, cosy, friendly home.
