Beautiful flat with beautiful cats

My flatmate is moving out on 24th March, and I’m staying on for a couple more months, so I’m looking for someone to take her room until the end of the contract.

The flat is a lovely, homely 2-bed with a balcony. It’s a short walk to Bow Road station (6 mins), Bow Church (8 mins), and Victoria Park (15 mins).
Great amenities nearby: an amazing yoga studio, supermarkets, organic shops, brunch spots, cute independent shops, and dry cleaners along Roman Road.

The room is south-facing with a large double-glazed window, getting early morning and all-day sunlight. The bed and chest of drawers shown in the photos will no longer be there, but will be replaced unless you’d prefer to bring your own furniture.

You’d be sharing with me, a 34-year-old product designer, and my two friendly cats. I’m easy-going, social, and tidy. I work hybrid (home and office). I love travelling, cooking, and music, and I’m pretty active: weekly squash, ultimate frisbee, and yoga. There’s a great yoga studio about 10 minutes away that also does sound baths, if that’s your thing.

The cats are extremely sociable and very cuddly, they don’t scratch, but they might get into your space for affection, so it’s important that you genuinely like cats.
