3 of us, once the ideal housemate moves in, it’ll be 4 people. We are (20–23, student/young professionals). Clean, respectful and sociable. Into cooking, climbing, walks, and hanging out together.
• Housemate one (Avreen, me! is a student, about to finish uni, is a live in landlord) likes going for walks, cooking, climbing and watching supernatural.
• Housemate two (Arya) is a music artist likes cooking, climbing, playing the guitar and going to church.
• Housemate three (about to move in June, Abby) works in the corporate event space, occasionally travels for work. Is a warm and welcoming individual.

THE IDEAL HOUSEMATE
•A young professional or postgraduate student (20-24) who values a clean, respectful shared living space
•Someone sociable enough to join group dinners and hang out, but also independent and respectful of housemates' study/work schedules
•Good communication skills and willingness to sort out house issues maturely
•No smoking indoors, no pets
• Someone who understands house rules and does not need constant reminders about how to maintain a shared space
