Modern Ensuite Room – Bow Common

Hi everyone 👋

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of our contract (20th March), and I’m looking for someone to take over his room.

The room 🛏️
It’s the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. It gets lots of natural light and is very quiet. It comes with a built-in wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside table. The desk and office chair shown in the photos belong to the current flatmate and will not be included.

The flat 🏡
A bright and quiet flat with a nice balcony for the summer ☀️. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped, including a dining table, dishwasher, and microwave. Bills come about to 150£/month per person (Council Tax Band D). There is also a concierge for deliveries.

Location 📍
10-minute walk to Devon’s Road (DLR) and 15–20 minutes to Mile End and Bow Road stations. Tesco and Lidl are about a 10-minute walk away. The area is also well connected by bus.

About me
I’m Konstantinos, and I work as a pharma consultant in Shoreditch (2–3 days WFH). I’m clean, respectful of personal space, and would like the flat to feel like a comfortable co-living environment. In my free time, I enjoy watching films/series, reading, and spending time with friends.
