1 double room in spacious mezzanine flat

We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our spacious 2 bed flat with access to pool and sauna! Move in date is 9 April.

THE BUILDING

The flat is a 2 bed mezzanine flat in Bow Quarter near Roman Road. It’s a gorgeous building, a converted victorian match stick factory, with amazing facilities on site - a pool, steam room, sauna, hot tub, gym, workout space. It also has a little Morrisons shop, a coffee shop, terrace with ping pong table and loungers and grass for chilling on. Also a great fb group where people are always selling cheaply /giving stuff away.

THE ROOM

One large double room is available to rent from 9 April. Comes with wardrobe, bed, shelves. The flat is mostly open plan with huge windows and overlooking a shared terrace. We have a video of the room which I can't upload but I can send this before viewing.

HOUSEMATES

You’d be sharing with me, female, 32 years old, work in film/tv and my boyfriend 31 years old who is studying stone carving. We are out of the flat when working and like our place to be a sanctuary when coming home. We are looking for all the usual stuff - someone considerate, chill, up for hanging out also equally does their own thing. It is an open plan flat so noise does travel and so we want to live with respectful people. Not a party flat.

RENTAL INFO

It would be a year contract then going to monthly rolling. Rent is £1227.66 including all bills. I’ve been living here for past 4 years and absolutely love it, the landlord is very responsive and good at fixing problems.

VIEWINGS

We want to do viewings Thursday 5 March evening and Saturday 7th March during day. Depending on amount of interest we will add more viewing dates. Please get in touch if you’re interested and let us know a bit about yourself. If those dates don’t work to view, we will try find another time. xxx
