I’m a 29yr Australian (been in London 3 years, here on a work visa and staying a while). I work in the office 3–4 days a week, working in market research/consulting.
I’m into travelling, gym, running, climbing, eating out, and catching up over dinner and drinks. I love cooking and baking (always need a taste tester), and I’m clean, organised and respectful of shared space.
I enjoy a good social balance, where I'm happy to chat or grab a pub feed, but I also value downtime to recharge. Friends are welcome over from time to time, and it’d be great to live with someone who’s open to the occasional shared dinner or hang.

I'm pretty open-minded, the key things are:
Aged 25–35
Clean, tidy and responsible
Pays rent and bills on time
Communicates openly if anything comes up
Social but also chilled
Basically someone easygoing who respects the space and enjoys a good home vibe.
💸 Rent & Bills
Total flat rent: £2,200/month
Split roughly 50/50 (your room is slightly smaller, so happy to adjust fairly)
Deposit is £2,750, split 50/50 so £1,375
Rent paid on the 1st of each month
Bills average £130–£150/month (council tax, electricity, internet)
Household items split separately, happy to use Splitwise
Move-in date: Monday 16th March
