2 rooms available in our spacious flat in Bow, E3. We are moving flat so need to sublet to cover the overlap. The rooms are available from 22nd March and there is an option to take over the entire tenancy if you want to! Rent for the entire flat is £2800 currently.

The flat has a lovely open plan living space and kitchen, with a balcony. Bills included in the price, but WiFi won’t be included as we are taking that with us. Phone signal is very good here though.

Open to short-term lets, rent adjusted accordingly.
