Beautiful double-room in Bow, available for sublet

A lovely, fully furnished double room is available in my flat in E3 (Bow). The flat is on the 11th floor of the building, with great views, and has two bedrooms and one shared bathroom.

The room is available immediately for a sublet of at least one month. I’m happy to be flexible on both the length of stay and the rent, depending on what works best for both of us.

You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a 27-year-old working professional in London. I’m in the office three days a week and tend to be out and about quite a lot, so you’ll often have the flat to yourself. Otherwise we can always take a trip to my favourite pub in the neighbourhood. We’re also only a few mins away from great restaurants, pubs and the wonderful Victoria park. The Bow Road tube station is a 7-min walk and the DLR is right behind the building. The flat has a spacious living room, amazing views (which you’ll see!), and everything you need already set up. The bathroom is shared.

I’m ideally looking for someone clean, considerate, and easygoing who will treat the place like a home. The room would suit someone looking for a temporary base in London while they get settled or search for something longer-term.
