Two Double Rooms In E3

I am looking for two new flatmates to join me in this three-bed terraced house in the centre of Bow, E3. There are two spacious double bedrooms available for single occupants. Both rooms are furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and dresser, and share a bathroom between them.
Room 1: £1050 pcm
Room 2: £1100 pcm
Please note bills are NOT included in these prices; they have roughly come to £150 per month in the past year. Council tax band D.

Move in from April 3rd. Long and short term contracts considered (pending move to rolling contracts from May 1st per the Renter’s Rights Act).

The house is located on a quiet side street just off Roman Road. We are:
▪️ 10 minutes from Bow Road (District/Hammersmith and City lines) and Bow Church (DLR)
▪️ A bit further from Mile End (Central) and Hackney Wick (overground)
▪️ Multiple bus routes and Santander bike stations also close by
Local amenities include Tescos and several local grocery and convenience stores all within a few minutes walk. The house is about 10 minutes from Victoria Park, and there are plenty of gyms, cafes, restaurants and takeaways in the area.

I have lived here for the past year and am planning to stay at least another 6 months. I work full time including some weekends, but spend a good deal of my evenings/days off at home and would be looking for other friendly, young professionals to share the space with. I am flexible on age, gender, etc. with the usual prerequisites of being clean and respectful. I run, climb, lift, cook, and love the pub, so anyone with shared interests (or something new to bring!) would be more than welcome.
