The flat is a 10-minute walk from Bow Road (District & Hammersmith & City) and close to Mile End (Central line), with Victoria Park just around the corner.

The room is bright and spacious, with a double bed, chest of drawers and bedside table. The flat has a large open-plan kitchen/living area with a cosy feel, a balcony that gets sun during the day, and access to a shared roof terrace. Bathroom (bath + shower) is shared with one other.

You’d be living with Aaron (telecoms engineer) and Will (civil servant) — both friendly, tidy and easy to live with. It’s a relaxed house where everyone does their own thing during the week, but we often hang out in the evenings, watch TV or chat. It’s social but not a party house.

We’re looking for someone mid-20s to early 30s who’s clean, considerate and easygoing. If you enjoy a relaxed home environment and the occasional catch-up over a drink or TV, you’ll fit in well.
