Large Room In Safe Haven Of Bow Quater

Hey, I’m Annie, I am looking for someone to share my safe haven with me.

A little bit about the flat:
It's in Bow Quater which feels like a super wholesome village. Full access to the gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. Yoga, pilates and spin classes all included (all happen once a week). We have a shop onsite and 24 hours concierge. Beautifully kept grounds with lots of grass and places to sit and chill. Also a rooftop which people work from in the summer, annnddd a table tennis table.

This flat is my first home, I love it and take a lot of pride in it, it's the antithesis of a a party flat. I really want a roomie who cares as much about their living space as I do.

A little bit about me:
I am a musician. You might see an abundance of guitars in the photos, I promise I do not play through an amp and assure you you won’t hear anything at night.
I’m going to be very honest as to not waste anyones time.
I’m really boring 😂 I’m a workaholic and I don’t drink.

I LOVE intersting conversation, learning new things, having super chilled nights in. The sun, good food, ticking things off a list.

Little bit about my dream roomie:
I can be quite an introvert and really love home being a safe, quiet space to be in work zone or relax. So anyone who likes to do their socialising outside of the home is perfect.

I work from home, so ideally looking for someone who doens’t work from home more than twice a week.

Strong preference for non-meat eaters.

MUST be cool with LGBTQ.

Other than that, the usual stuff, kind, clean, respectful.

parking space right outside the flat optional for £50 a month

Bills are approx £160 in winter and £80 in summer (Includes Wi-Fi, water, council tax, electricity)

Move in- flexi but as close to 13th April as poss.
